It's probably not advisable, but I'm able to just stop lexapro, celexa, Zoloft, or Prozac cold turkey. Paxil takes a little more effort.
One day I woke up and decided I wasn't going to take lexapro anymore, so I didn't. But I know some people can have discontinuation syndrome so you should probably talk to a doctor about it.
