I have to agree with everyone else. You are not a freak!! When I become anxious/stressed out/depressed I stop eating. I think it started happening with me in college, especially around exam times. I wish that I knew how to help, but I am still trying to think of ways to get my appetite back in these situations.
Maybe getting on a schedule and just eating something on that schedule will help. Even if it was a sandwich or something??
