Hi jacky. I'm an RN. I started rotating rosters including night duties last year for the first time. It's been horrible for me so I wish you better luck than I've had. Admittedly I really do better with routine & morning shifts are the only shifts that suit me ATM. So I'm going casual until I get my head straight. I know how hard shift work can be but I think it would be better if you had consistent not rotating shifts. Everyone is different but I'm constantly told night shifts are bad for bipolar. I don't think I'm helping the decision making haha, just sharing my thoughts.
