So alcohol & any kind of benzodiazepine usually improves my dysphoric feelings. So I figure anything that affects GABA? I do have a GAD dx but the dysphoric feeling is different from anxiety I've experienced in the past including during panic attacks. My original pdoc thought it was a bipolar symptom as it got significantly worse on AD mono therapy. Has anyone got any experience with the mood stabilisers that affect the GABAergic system?
