I'm allergic to fish and shellfish, very, very allergic. I go into anaphylactic shock within a couple minutes if my food is even cross contaminated. The AAAAI (American Asthma, Allergy and Immunology Association) has some really good educational links on their website that give you more info about what other foods to watch out for, what condiments have your allergen, that kind of thing.
