I just had this exact same thing happen beginning about one month ago and it's horrible to say the least. I'm feeling so detached and unreal and have a secondary terror on top of it all which just makes it even more horrible. I get it and I'm just back here after a long hiatus because I'm so damn scared lately due to these symptoms.
