Hello (((TANGO))). I am sorry that you are suffering at this time. I am not sure of your background with cutting but some people that cut do well with a plan when they feel that they are not getting the attention that they deserve and need. your Plan can consist of as little as 3 things that you would like to do when you feel the need for the attention you deserve. For example:
1 Call therapist make an appointment if suggested
2 call a friend to get out of the house
3 Call a hotline number
4 Go to the Dr if necessary for the cuts.
The list can be numerous and to your needs at ths time of the crisis (either before, during or after) the crisis has occured. I am sorry that you feel isolated and that you are not getting the attention that you need when you are in a crisis, and I hope a Crisis Plan helps to alleviate that hurt that you are feeling in some way that you feel more assured in a Crisis.
