I was thinking too. I have long thought of finding a way to draw what PTSD is like. I think it can be even worse when the mind remembers so vividly in a creative person.
However, keep drawing because as I mentioned, you may find a way to put it all together in a productive way, informative and theraputic at the same time. Keep in mind how others who struggle may not have the artistic abilities you have but may find your work so validating.
I like your "little me", can relate.
