I had dreams about my 2nd. therapist when I first started seeing her (about two months in). It was a good dream and indicated to the both of us that I was seeing her in a positive role but that I worried about her judgment of me. I never had any dreams (that I remember) about first therapist and haven't had any up to this point about 3rd. I love dreams and when I remember them, I do love tearing into them and trying to figure out what triggered them and what they mean.
