I kind of get that. Its not so much at the time, but more when I recollect something, my memory will be from outside my body watching myself. But at the time I don't see things that way. In fact, most commonly I get the sensation of being trapped in the body - looking out through eyes that aren't mine. Someone else is doing the talking and Im just - kind of - just looking I guess.
