Hello peacelovebasktetball. Heartbreak can be a terrible trigger for depression, I am feeling the pain of that currently as well. As for your upcoming semester, maybe someone can suggest some specific coping skills, you'll need to find something that works for you, deep breathing, visualization, something but I think the fact that you know you will see them and know that it will be stressful may help you plan ahead. I was recently in a situation where I was seeing people who I was worried would trigger me, I was very fortunate to have some friends meeting me there who knew the situation and offered to run interference for me if needed. Knowing they were there kept me from getting too anxious. Hope you can find something that will work for you so that it doesn't keep you from getting the most for yourself out of the semester.
