Unfortunately we don't feel like it when we're struggling but...
Some light exercise! Followed by a nice hot bath or shower, putting some slippers on, having a cocoa or a cup of tea and watching a comedy tucked up in bed. Oh dear. I don't sound 21. I think that's my mum's routine too!
