More than likely you aren't alone a lot of people go through depression maybe not major depression, but enough depression to know that it is a very painful ordeal. Of course the other side of the coin is that some people see depression as giving an excuse. Something in your life is causing you the strife, it is good to get help from a therapist to untangle these messes other wise we can really make a mess.
Thank you very much. I did call T and he was very supportive. A friend(em) told me if I want help I must be honest. I have been on a lot of meds for a new exacerbation of asthma and I stupidly forgot to take AD's for a week. The combination plus some memories and new challenges are sending me into a tail spin. I fear this loss of control. Thank you for your support.
