After reading about the nightmare in Flint, Michigan yesterday, I lay awake for an hour last night fretting about our well water and then digging through papers to see what the lead levels checked at when we bought our home.

We don't drink the well water (I do use it for cooking). Our lead levels aren't at the actionable level and we've lived in our house for over four years and neither of my children show any issues whatsoever.

YET HERE I AM FREAKING OUT.

ETA: No I don't live anywhere near Flint, Michigan. Story http://scienceblogs.com/insolence/20...lint-michigan/
