I was like yeah I know but I mean, what's the difference between "I" and "dream-I?" She explained something about I being ego and dream-I being some big therapist-speak word that I've forgotten so I just dropped it. Anyway, I did tell her the reason I asked was because in one part of the dream, I don't feel like what dream-me did was something that I would do in real life. We had an interesting discussion about the dream and it led to a couple good insights on my part, and I figured out where to start with an Active Imagination to work with it a little more on my own. I shared with her my thoughts on what the psychology of Wuthering Heights means to my own psychology. There were some really good insights in there too, and I had a couple more while we were talking. And she said I did really good work today. She doesn't often say that as emphatically as she did today, so when she does, it makes me feel really good. So all in all a really good session.

How do you even remember your dreams to talk about them? I swear if I dream I never remember them. The dreamwork sounds interesting.
