Thanks for that January cure reference - I just signed up. I've tried Fly Lady a few times, but can never keep up and wind up getting discouraged.

We realized that we were in over our heads with the home renovation project and are going to hire someone to finish it. I don't want to spend the money, but I guess I want to sand and mud even less.
