Uh oh!

My sister (who prides herself on her baking skills) one time forgot to put the flour in chocolate chip cookies. There was no explosion, but the burned mess on the cookie sheets did stink up her kitchen. I still tease her about it. How does one forget to add flour to chocolate chip cookie dough?
