I used to keep a dream journal because I was curious about my dreams.
Turns out I have chronic nightmares.
I've now trained myself to forget my dreams. It's better this way. I dug up the old journal a couple years ago and it was like every dream was horrible! Now it takes *a lot* for me to remember a dream.
As for my T, I think he was only concerned that I was having chronic nightmares and bad dreams. It really doesn't bother me anymore.
