Make sure you drink lots of water! The stomach doesn't know the difference between hunger and thirst, and often you are only thirsty, not hungry. 8 glasses of water a day minimum. I wouldn't do the soup, as it's full of salt and also MSG which isn't good for you. When I first had my jaw trouble (from accident) I was on liquids only and I gained 50lbs!!! (That was from mainly soups. )
