You need to calm down & put the halloween candy out of reach & out of mind. Try not to feel ashamed, & put someone else in charge of the candy.
Not to make light of your situation, but you ate the candy bars that everyone is trying to make me eat. I have the problem that food makes me feel sick to eat & especially chocolate. Guess if we merged our problems, then neither of us would be feeling bad.
Try to forget about those people who upset you. They only hurt you & didn't help you like they should in a group. I might question the value of the group if this is not a one time situation. Maybe there is another group that would be more supportive for you?
