Sounds hard, right? Take baby steps. You might end of back in bed, but say, "I'm going to do the dishes" and then do them. If you end up back in bed, make yourself run to the store or go for a walk. Do the best you can to fight these impulses.

You got BPD too, so u know what its like

I really do try my best, but this month has been the worst! I cant do anything, and this really depressive and sad feeling have been settled in and wont leave. I honestly cant change a thing. I tried but nothing worked
