I think that there's no easy solution for "emotional problems".
We don't know how deep they are, what caused them, and the way out of them. Each person is different, had different experiences ranging from "skinned knee" to "severed limbs" in the "hurt scale", so... no, I don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" strategy.
So, what's the key? I don't know, I'll leave that to the ones that are trained to find that out.

I think that sometimes we have developed ways to believe that its hard to develop personal skills. I think when we train our mind to believe that its hard then it becomes hard. For ex) say YOU were stuck in a situation that you cant seem to find a way to get out of. Would you rather me tell you, its going to take time, but you can get out of it. Or would you rather me say," its not hard to get out of, you CAN do it on your own also, there is a easy way out!" which option would best comfort you? Please if your going to argue with me Don't argue i beg you.. Only uplift me not bring me at a steady pace. Why do you think people are on this forum. to be steady where there at? Or motivated to come out of the situation. Bring people up the best you can
