[QUOTE=ShineYourLight;4866000]since im assuming you dont have a lot of money since you are unemployed a good trick that helped me when my self esteem was low was with little things. Lets see if you can handle these goals first....

1. clean your room- try your best to keep your room clean. Dont look at it as a chore. Start looking at it as art. Put posters on your wall, organize your things in your room the way YOU want to organize it. And keep it clean....

2. If your living with your parents still (assuming that you are) start to serve a little. Start doing chores around the house. Dont look at it as chores though. Look at it once again as art. Or even just "helping out" around the house. You dont have to set your goals high NEVER do this. Just tell yourself once a week that im going to do one chore

3. exercise? maybe a simple walk....me personally i like to stay up at night (party) w/e the case may be. So what i usta do is take a simple "night" walk....i liked to talk to myself and clear my head...

eventually when you start doing some of these things ESPECIALLY THE CLEANING YOUR ROOM PART. your confidence builds just a little more. Even though its a little, believe me your'll notice the "little"..Because confidence is HUGE when it comes to human development. Then after the confidence increases your motivation WILLL increase. Then hopefully after keeping up your room for a little. You will finally start to believe in yourself more then you can make the decision whether or not your ready for another job [/QUOTE

That is awesome advice. Thank you
