I'm in my late 20s. I'm small framed and actually relatively skinny throughout most of my body but I have ALWAYS had a significant tubby gut that hung over my jeans. Even with dedicated exercise that belly fat didn't want to budge. As I got older, it got bigger.
I gave up potato chips about 3 1/2 months ago and I finally toned my stomach down. The gut is practically completely GONE.
Giving it up was very difficult. The first week was depressing for me. I loved chips. I used to be able to eat a whole bag in a day and often did. I had a couple of handfuls at a couple of parties and honestly it no longer has that same appeal like it once had whatsoever.
Just wanted to share. Maybe there is one beloved bad habit in your life that you haven't considered to be a burden on your body. I completely overlooked my chip habit as a culprit for a long time.
