I have an onion allergy. Makes life hell. Food allergies are hell. My sulphur allergy and onion allergy are hand in hand. I am a nightmare for chain restaurants where i have to ask to have them clean grills and surfaces and utensils to avoid cross contamination. I generally just dont bother eating out. My son is allergic to shellfish but not plain fish. Remember your epipen is good for 6 -12 months max then you need a new one even if the one you have is unused.
