Ok, fine... so that's all & they are real, but what part about hearing differing tones of conversations or laughter suggests it is about, or directed, at you?
Why should hearing people, say on the phone, talking to a friend or laughing at a TV show make you feel harassed. Something just isn't right about that.
The most worrying thing about this is the level of paranoia you have surrounding all this. As far as I can tell, it's just fuelled by some very bothersome neighbours.
I mean, the fact you have heard car horns honking, and attribute them to signals to your neighbours to test run killing you? I mean, no offence, but that's delusional thinking.
I appreciate maybe the noises are all real, but the way you are reacting to it / interpreting it is not.
