This is a very interesting topic for me. I know the post is a month old and I hope you dont mind me resurfacing it!
I do believe that ginko works on the basis of increasing the blood flow to the desired areas needed to help stimulate orgasm.
My partner orgasms really quick during sex or sexual contact. I on the other hand find it extremely difficult to, and even by myself I have to warm myself and my body up before I do so. I have reynaud's disease, which to explain in simple terms = bad circulation! its a condition that affects the way blood is distributed to certain parts of the body especially the fingers and toes (i always have cold feet and find them really hard to warm up. Even with a hot water bottle it takes about half an hour to the blood rush back to my feet.)
My partner, on the other hand has really good blood circulation (he's always hot, his heart beats quite solidly, in fact at night I can often hear his heart beat quite loudly when he is laid in bed next to me). I have always had this theory that his premature ejeculation is related to his tendancy to have a good blood flow to his nether regions - it makes sense, blood rushes down there and stimulates our nerve endings to become more sensitive, voila, the predisposition to orgasm quicker.
Ginko Bilobo is a natural circularity booster, often used to manage the symptoms of reynauds disease. I have some in the cupboard, and now from reading this post and gaining the knowledge that ginko helpls with 'libido', I will be doing some experimenting for sure!
