I have Compsych insurance and they will not cover the therapist I've had for over four years. All the therapists they have recommended to me work for community clinics. I mean low income clinics. I am not low income by any stretch. I feel weird going to a charity organization to see a therapist. Not only that, I need a therapist that specializes in trauma and bipolar. None of the therapist that they recommend have that qualification. I am at wits end as I don't want to pay out of pocket to see my old T. She charges $300 per session!!

Does anyone have Compsych insurance?? Did you find a decent therapist?
