Sleep is key. That's when things start getting dangerous, at least for me. Lack of sleep fuels the bipolar mind in a terrible way. That's when reasoning and insight disappear. [emoji51] Talk to your pdoc as we are all different! The klonapin is a good idea. Get that rest even if your mind says you don't need it! Good luck!
