I absolutely agree with kamikazebaby. I had a coworker who was like this last year. She was toxic. We'd talk and laugh and have fun, then a switch would flip in her head and she'd start screaming at me over nothing. Made me miserable for months, until I worked up the courage to cut her out of my life completely. I blocked her on everything, and (fortunately for me) she got fired a couple months later so I don't have to see her at work every day.

Cutting out toxic people is difficult but so so so necessary. My ex-coworker brought out all the worst sides of me somehow, and I didn't like that. Now, nobody screams at me or picks fights over things that really don't matter; nobody puts me down or degrades me or makes me feel less than.
