Maybe you're shy and don't have a lot of connections to guys that might be interested in you. Maybe you suffer from a condition like depression or anxiety, that both mucks with your self-esteem and libido, making finding a partner very difficult. Maybe you're so attractive that guys are intimidated by you!

And 19 is really not that old. That is like a freshman/sophomore in college. Just out of high school. And only something like 60% of recent high school grads have had sex.
