Found this while searching for more information on Google as I was having an episode and was wondering if anyone had any more info? The one that sounded most likely to be it was disassociate one, as when it happens I tend to not quite feel like I'm in my body.

Bit more info, currently 19 and first had this happen when I was young and home sick with a fever it most often happens when I'm sick but sometimes it will happen after being in front of a screen for an extended period of time. I'll suddenly feel like everything around me is speeding up but I'm staying the same speed or slowing down, and suddenly my tinnitus will get much louder and everything else will be muffled. I remember the first time it happened I was playing a computer game and suddenly felt like instead of being in my own body I was a spectator viewing myself in 3rd person, much like the game I was playing.

Other then that I have adhd and take Adderall for that.
Also most likely unrelated however someone online said this might of been caused by a seizure when I was young so if this is epilepsy then maybe it's related; one day as a kid I woke up with absolutely no memory, I didn't know who I was where I was or anything, most stuff slowly came back to me as I got up and started doing things, but it was very weird for a while, I walked through our house and somehow new where to go even though I didn't remember the place, and I remember for maybe a month or so after that I didn't remember how to sleep, for some reason I thought when you closed your eyes you were supposed to hold your breath, so I would lay in bed staring at the ceiling until I would suddenly fall asleep. To this day I still can't remember anything earlier then that day.

If anyone has any info about either of these things please email me. Thanks.
Thanks for this!
