I can't afford a chiropractor. I can't even afford a therapist. Heck, I'm happy if I can afford to eat out or cut my hair!

I wouldn't be embarrassed, there are many of us who can't afford this as we've got many other pressing debts to deal with.

My priorities are my own, just as yours are too. If you have other bills that take priority, no reason to feel embarrassed by this!
