<font color="#666666">Definatly I agree with shakes and sky? I think it was her that said it. Even if you do not own a lightbox or cannot afford it right now whenever it is sunny get outside for a bit, even if it is only 10mins a day, it well help if it is SAD you are suffering from. Also if you can't get outside for whatever reason sit in front of a window where the sun is coming in that also helps.
