If you wish to start a debate thread of your own that might be a good idea. ? My apology applied to Sky also as the author of this thread. My wish is not to "bite you with my bible" at all. God is love and that's all I want to say. You sound like you've been hurt by something and want to take it out on God. Well God wants to help you heal that hurt and only wants good for your life. Won't you think that over. I love my bible and love to encourage others to read it, I especially love the book of Proberbs and that's why I quote it often. God Bless You.I know that many Christians don't walk the walk they profess and it's confusing. I find that praying helps me, just talking to God, it helps me know He(or she)is real. I try to remember how huge and vast God is and how I can never really fathom Him. The bible is important because it points us to Jesus, and, in my opinion, the way to salvation. I sure don't mean to beat you up with it. Maybe we can encourage each other in a more positive way, what do you say? You'll have to forgive my "catchphrases" I can't help it.Some bible verses from proverbs apply here "Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice."
