Hi, I need advice here please .
My 14 year old daughter ran away half an hour ago and we're trying to decide what to do.

Some points:
1. She's bipolar and has been having a bad week of us all telling her to do her homework
2. We live in a safe neighborhood with no public buses
3. She has her phone and we can track the phone's location
4. She left a note saying "I'm sorry I wasn't what you wanted"
5. She called her best friend to tell her the plan
6. She's a petite 14 year old girl and there are evil people out there

Should we let her stay out for a few hours until she realizes that it's not a good plan or should we go pick her up and drag her home?

What would be best?
