I had the interview today a panel interview of two people. Odd *** questions felt more like supervisory than anything it was for a help desk analyst not an IT manager! Got asked a question pertaining to updating my skills told them what I read on my own time isn't helping me further my career as a current temp employee hence is why I am wanting full time so I can further my career.

This was a state job it's gonna take 6-8 weeks or shorter to hear back on an offer. They have 3 help desk people they need a 4th one because of the hiring freeze etc. In the meantime, I am gonna keep looking for other jobs. I felt like I stumbled through half the questions (10 questions)...
