Giant leap for my kind.

I'm sure I posted this a while back, when I had an appointment to the crisis center. They called me about a week ago, asking me if I wanted to come in and talk about my options for reporting the incidents.

As it stands, since I have everything arranged to go and talk, I may push it. Does any one here have any advice on things like this? I've never pressed charges against someone before. I'm not sure if this is what I really want to do, but I feel empowered by the thought of doing it.
