Increased sweating and that feeling of warmth was a side effect I experienced with Wellbutrin as well. The feeling of warmth went away, but I remained very 'heat intolerant'. I was told it is a 'normal' side effect and I guess it just depends on how your body adjusts and what you can tolerate.
