Hi SG,
Have you noticed any difference in taking lexapro 10 mg at night vs. during the day? I was recently talking to my PCP about the best time to take Lexapro, as I may start on that. She said that once you are established on it, it shouldn't matter, because of its long half life. It builds up to a certain amount in your system and stays fairly constant. That's why you only need to take it once a day. But I think it is always a good rule of thumb to take the med at the same time each day. I don't know when is the best time for seroquil or whether it has a short or long half life. Good luck!
