Good question, lol. My T is also serving in another professional role for me and sometimes is copied by others and myself on official correspondence related to that role. And sometimes he responds by email to the group in that role. That's how I got his address. But I have never emailed him as a therapist with personal, therapy-related concerns, and he has never told me I could do this (or that I couldn't--just hasn't ever been discussed between us). So I just took a chance and did it anyway, and it worked out well.
