I joined a group at
myfitnesspal.com that also has an app that I downloaded to my Iphone. I can record my calories, meals, daily exercise, etc there. I can also make "friends" on the app and we can support and motivate each other to exercise and lose weight. I exercised three days this week so far, 90 min each time, and have lost 2 lbs. I know it isn't much, but it's a start!

I feel better already!
