That's a really low dose. But if you've been taken it for a long time, it might effect you.

Benzos mess up your GABA in your brain, which plays a big role in the central nervous system. It reaches a point where you have to have a benzo just to function normally. Then it gets to the point where if you suddenly stop with the benzo, your central nervous system messes up and you could die.
Of course, not everyone dies. Some people just have seizures or other withdrawal symptoms. But the possibility of death is real.

Again, you're on a really low dose. Most people with problems take it everyday, several times a day. Of course, many don't realize they have a problem.... Not until they go 24 hours or so without a dose.
