In fact caffeine was the first to go and I saw significant improvement in anxiety and chest pains by losing the coffee and soda I miss them dearly but I still get a decaf cup like every 3 months or less just to satisfy my craving but I can defiantly feel the caffeine even in decaf since quitting, so I usually end up regretting it. I also take pharmaceutical grade fish oil only.
