thanks for both your replies fuzzy. ive decided nothings going to change tonight and its 2am and i want to sleep and i cant with my mind like this so im going to take my hammer over the head herbal relaxant safe over dose and hope to whatevers out there that it knocks me out. somebody get me out of here! please god let me have calmed down in the morning. even the crushing depression is better than this... verging hysteria!
