Hi all,
I had quite a bit of anxiety which then turned to depression I believe. I've been recovering lately but still have bouts where I feel like I am not good enough, others are better, which then makes my stomach tighten up. I was at a birthday party for my daughter's friend and just felt out of it, nervous, jittery legs, etc. It seems to come and go and can last for a couple hours at a time.
I've been reading some articles and was wondering if there really are any effective remedies that I can take from home. It's mostly the stomach thing that bothers me and didn't know if there was something that could help soothe that.
