Hi Eleny. I have certainly had my share of anger over the last 3 years. i can say that when i feel angry i try not to react in an outburst and say or do something i would later regret. i place my anger and use it as a motivator, to houseclean or do stuff that i feel too lazy to do. i can clean the house in a full hour when "motivate", or clean out the car, or the garage, or go to the dump. those chores can get done and it dissipates the anger. the adrenalin rush gives you the energy to get things done. this is how i deal with it. or i turn on the radio and dance the anger out of my system. i hope that helps. tc
