1) im grateful for my therapist for a year now she is wonderful and a great therapist to me . I would be lost without her.
2) my psychiatrist she is the greatest psychiatrist who knows more than my old psychiatrist .
3) my house that I still live in since my parents died
4) my church family my choir who have been there for me since my mom died .
5) my nieces,nephews,great nieces and great nephews
Diagnosis : Anxiety and depression
meds : Cymbalta 60 mgs at night
Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia with an additional 25 mgs=75 mgs when up past 1:00 in the morning
