I have rediscovered essential oils lately and have found them to be helpful. Some I use are invigorating and give me a real boost. Some I use to sooth my extreme anxiety. I use both a vaporizer to fill the room with a scent or apply directly to my skin. Perhaps it is a placebo perhaps it does in fact work. In the end, I do feel better.
