One in the hospital depressed. 10 in hospital manic. 5 is stable on your meds.
I feel like about a 7.5.
I may be getting some company here in Costa Rica from CA. I do usually get this way anticipating company.

Tidy up where housekeepers drop the ball. Fresh sheets on all the beds. On and on.
Plus I need to extend my Visa in Panama and have been busy planning that trip. Tried on clothes all morning.
My dad and I used to own a Restaurant. So I make everything from scratch. I've been chopping, sautéing, boiling and all for 4 hours straight.
This after laying around for months.
